Hayden began his financial services career in 2020 with Spectrum Financial Group, where he served as a Managing Associate before moving to Stifel in 2026. He received a B.B.A. from Texas Christian University and holds Series 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses. In addition, Hayden earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification from the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc., which identifies those individuals who have met the experience requirements of the CFP Board, have successfully completed financial planning coursework, and have passed the CFP® Certification Examination.
Hayden believes that asset allocation is a starting point, not a strategy on its own. He feels it is much more meaningful to coordinate how investments interact with estate structure, tax exposure, cash flow needs, and the client’s business or employment equity by treating everything as one integrated picture. Through Stifel’s integrated financial planning platform, clients have access to a wide range of investment vehicles – mutual funds, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), separately managed accounts (SMAs), alternative investments, private market opportunities, and more. This allows Hayden to help build a strategy around his clients’ needs rather than be constrained by availability.
Outside the office, Hayden enjoys traveling with friends, golfing, and sporting clays with his fiancé.
